How can I enjoy membership benefits?
How do I know my current purchase amount?
We will track your quarterly purchases and send you a monthly statement for your records. Your product credit will be added to your account at the end of each quarter. An email will be sent to notify you when your credit is available to be redeemed.
When will I receive the store credits and cashback?
The quarterly store credits will be sent to your Lightch8in account within 3 working days after the end of the quarter. The annual cashback check will be mailed before January 15th of each year.
