Return Policy
New Products:
If you are unsatisfied with any product for any reason, call us for instructions on how to return the product. There are no restocking fees.
The item must be new, unused, and remain in its original packaging at the time of return. The return must be made within 30 days of item receipt. Original receipt is not necessary.
After we receive the returned item(s), we will refund the cost of the item(s). Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Used Products:
Used products can only be returned if it is defective and falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. To view the manufacturer’s warranty, refer to the warranty policies of the manufacturer of that item.
For defective items, LightCh8in will pay the shipping costs for the item(s) being returned and the replacement item(s). Call customer service at (888) 488-2885 to get an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Send the product back to us.
We will verify that the item is defective. If the item is defective, we will send a replacement within 48 hours.
We will credit your credit card for the amount of the item when we receive the defective product. For manufacturer’s warranty details, please see our terms and conditions section or the particular manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Responsibilities and Conditions:
It is the customer’s responsibility to check for missing or broken items. The customer has 7 days after receipt of the items to check for damages or errors and report them to LightCh8in.
We will then ship a replacement or exchange to the customer. LightCh8in will cover the shipping cost of replacement/exchanged items.
